Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to bypass usage limits or rate limiting
  • Sharing API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Automated scraping or bulk content generation beyond API limits
  • Reselling access to the platform without authorization
  • Reverse engineering or copying the service

Harmful Content

  • Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Sexually explicit or inappropriate material
  • Content that harasses or bullies individuals
  • Material that violates others' privacy or intellectual property

AI Content Responsibility

Your responsibility: While Edumation uses AI to generate content, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated materials before use, especially in educational contexts.

When using AI-generated content, you should:

  • Review all mathematical content for accuracy before presenting to students
  • Disclose AI involvement when required by institutional policies
  • Not present AI-generated work as entirely human-created when transparency is expected
  • Report any consistently incorrect outputs to help improve the system

API Usage Guidelines

When using the Edumation API:

  • Respect rate limits (20 requests/minute, 100/day, 500/month)
  • Keep API keys secure and confidential
  • Do not share API access with unauthorized users
  • Include proper attribution when required
  • Handle webhook data securely
  • Follow all content guidelines in automated workflows

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in: Warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and/or legal action depending on severity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content that violates this policy
  • Suspend or terminate accounts without notice for serious violations
  • Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
  • Refuse refunds for accounts terminated due to policy violations
