By accessing or using Edumation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Edumation is an AI-powered platform that generates educational mathematical animations. These terms govern your use of the platform, including all features, content, and services provided.

2. Description of Service

Edumation provides:

• AI-generated mathematical animation videos
• Text-to-speech narration for educational content
• Document upload and topic extraction
• API access for third-party integrations
• Cloud-based video rendering and storage

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Ownership

Generated Content: Videos and animations generated by Edumation are licensed to you for your personal and commercial use, subject to these terms. You may use generated content for:

• Educational purposes (teaching, tutoring, courses)
• Personal projects and presentations
• Commercial use (with appropriate subscription tier)

You may not claim that AI-generated content was created entirely by you without AI assistance when such disclosure is required.

5. Subscription and Payments

Edumation offers the following tiers:

• Free: 2 credits for trial use
• Pro ($10/month): 10 credits per month
• Premium ($30/month): 50 credits per month
• Enterprise: Custom pricing, contact sales

Credits do not roll over between billing periods. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for billing inquiries.

6. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits and usage quotas:

• 20 requests per minute
• 100 requests per day
• 500 requests per month

API keys must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all API usage under your keys. We may revoke API access for violations of these terms or excessive usage.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate misleading or false educational content
• Create content for academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Produce harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Reverse engineer or copy the underlying technology

Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying the correctness of mathematical content before presenting it to students or audiences.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edumation and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
